well how did all of you connect all of your wires to the db-39 connector and what guage wiring and how did you all run it and what not... I think that most of my problem is the wiring so i am going to go ahead and re-wire it and reconnect it to the db-39 connector the way the majority of you have it now.

Check the above link for assembly info.
You will need to get a grounded soldering iron to build your MS as well as connect to the DB39

When I build my own harnesses, I just buy the wires from rs-autosport:

Their harness kit makes things very easy.

I use a crimp connection, but you cannot use the included DB37 that comes with most kits.

The part number is 205210-2 for the DB37, the pin part number is 745229-4. You need to use a crimping tool that will do open-barrel crimps. Here are the links to everything:

Incase anyone wants crimp type connectors, 205210-2 has been superceeded by a RoHS compliant part. The new part # is 205210-7.

I'm using the harness kit from RS Autosport that Muy mentioned above. All of the pins on the connector have wires (some obviously will not be used, but saves you from having to solder wires to the connector). The wires are stamped every few inches as to what they go to. I'm pleased with this harness....makes things much easier. Worth the $60 (I think) that I paid for it.
