Megasquirt bridging out on assembled v3 unit

bridging out on assembled v3 unit
Should the Q's (transistors) read 0.005 ohms after the board is completely assembled? I've got Q15, Q19, Q20 and Q23 or Q22, pins 1-2 read 0.005 ohms. Not sure if I cooked the part with my 15watt pencil iron.. just a little nervous at powering up considering I dont have a stim.
