Megasquirt Anyone got a stim i can borrow?
You can make your own stim in short order with only a few dollars in parts. The schematics are published, and the circuits are trivial. This is certainly easier than assembling one of those twin LM1815 daughterboards. The most difficult part would be the 555 timer circuit that provides the tach signal. You could omit the pots for your various sensor inputs if you are just checking for proper bench operation, and just swap in different fixed resistors. Also the act of soldering short leads to a DB37 for your stimulator will be good practice for when you build the harness.
