3500 rpm problems...
I have had good success with my tuning efforts accept for one grey area. Around 3200 to 3500 rpm in every gear my table goes lean, I have played with this area in my ve table with no results that change anything. I have even played with staged injection with the same results.
I'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong or if it's related to the way my turbo spools. Around that rpm area is when i'm starting to get positave manifold pressure. Could this be my the colprate to my problem I dont understand? I never used another turbo so I dont know how MS would react.
What does everyone else think? I'll see if i can come up with a datalog file that has a good example of what i'm talking about. Right now my turbo isn't bolted down to my manifold do i cant go out and make one up.

If that's where you're staging, that's probably what's causing it.
Usually to help with that problem, I move my fuel bins around to better bracket the problem area, then I richen it up in that area.
How lean is it going there?

What are your staging parameters? I ended up moving my staging RPM up to about 4000 and kPa up to 110, so that to cross over either of those thresholds the throttle almost needed to be past the point where the secondary plates were open That put my injectors (570 cc/min from injectors.com, measured at higher than stock fuel line pressure, so they are probably flowing just about 550cc, same as stock) at a maximum of about 80% duty cycle IIRC. I also tweaked my fuel map to try to isolate the lines that it would stage around to increase fueling there b/c it still goes slightly lean b/c the secondaries are farther upstream.
