speedometer wire
Im putting it up on this forum as well since i cant find the wire im looking for and got a tip that i should try this forum as well.
Im looking for the wire on the backside of the dash that is the signal in.
I plugged the sensor to the Vipec V88 digital input1.
I want to use aux output 4 as the output signal to the speedo gauge. but i dont know where to plug it in
hopes you can help out.

The stock Fd has a magnetic sensor from the trans to the speedometer. The speedometer converts the signal to a square wave and then sends it too the factory ECU. I don't believe you can send an analog signal out of an aftermarket ECU. What are you trying to accomplish?

Better to save the output for something else on the ECU and only run the Input to the ECU (for use with some of the features on the ViPec ie boost by gear).

i have the V88 so i have more than enough output ports You can have gear input? which cables are that?
I want to be able to do the full sweep and also to save some wires. also i want to be able to have launch control when I'm under 5km/h. and to be able to do some other stuff like that
then where should i plug in the gearbox sensor on the speedo? I dont have any stock cables left in the car :/

What are you gonna use for a dash display, Factory gauges or something aftermarket? If the factory instrument cluster will be used you will need to run the magnetic speed sensor from the transmission to the cluster. You will then be able to use the digital output from the cluster to the Vipec. If no factory cluster you will run the trans speed sensor directly to the vipec. Most standalones have a way of calibrating gear position based on engine speed and Wheel speed. there is no way to have a gear position sensor on the factory transmission.

On the engine harness side of the VSS connector the wire colors will be Green and Orange. If you have an engine harness to compare to:
Green is Yellow/Red 3C
Orange is Yellow/ White 3A
