On one of the runs I had really bad wheel spin and missed a gear, it's the run where my hazards are on. On the others my brother said he was getting some wheel hop. We were starting a little to quickly to try to get a few runs in with no traffic, and I was letting my brother have the hit.

Couple of things:

1: good matchup, looks like both cars are evenly matched even though there was only like 1 good race that you had in that vid.

2: fire your cameraman

3: Are you gonna do another vid? Perhaps off a roll from inside the cabin of either cars? That would be a good race. Like 40-120.

Supras shine on top end so it would be good to see how well your car can perform against that.

My little brother is the camera man, I was happy he even did it, it's like pullin teeth to get him to do anything. I will try to get some good footage and make a good vid soon. I'm thinkin an even race would be a 20 to 120.

Even though it didn't seem like we were goin very fast in any of those vids, in one race I looked down and was going 120

It really is a good matchup. We both have about the same size turbo with the same boost with all the best supporting mods on stock engines.

 

...Get alky injection and up the boost to 20-24psi. Then see whats up.

I think I'm faster up to about 110, from 110 up I think he is faster.

 

Same thing can be said for the supra though. Race gas an more boost and he is putting out 600+

 

yeah, you don't wanna play the "turn up the boost" game with supra's.

^^^ Yeah both cars were having problems. I might be guessing here but pulling onto the road from that gravel and then flooring it might be the cause.

 

at around 2:15 looks like the rx7 supra face off... and that race looked like the rx7 wanted to get airborn

 

Nice clip, doesn't look like you and he launched at the same times on either of them, besides the last one(Which still looked sketchy?)
