I beat a stock '01 z28 in my t2, but if its a v6 z28 you might have a hard time.

I hope to god you just mixed those two up. An '01 Z28, she wont beat, stock or not. A v6, you will. Not the other way around. And theres no such thing as a V6 Z28

And you're a douche. We weren't talking about ls1's, we were talking about lt1's.

I was being sarcastic I know theres no such thing as a v6 z28. I didnt think anybody would really think I was serious.

Talk about irony, lol. Ls1's aren't rated 350hp stock, sorry. If you paid attention you'd know that Z28, Formulas and T/A's are rated with 300 hp stock. WS6's and SS's are rated 335.

You're just looking at the numbers on paper. Most stock ls1 cars put down right around 300rwhp on dynojet. So yeah, I think they are underrated from the factory.

And I think the performance difference between z28 and SS only has to do with exhaust. I think with aftermarket exhaust, they perform about the same.

My word of advice is not to underestimate anything. Then if you lose, you feel like a dumbass.

Yes they did...I owned a 6spd z28 vert. Fast car but when you were over 140 the front end was a little light...ok really light.

Whoop him. My sister has a 98 v6...but that is weak compared to my old 95.

wrong. Z28, Formulas and T/A's are rated at 305hp and WS6/SS are rated at 325hp. That's rwhp.

by the way, he's right. The ls1 is capable of much more than 305hp. GM wasn't nice to us and gave us a baby cam just so the corvette would still look better.

you guys are ****** tools on this website. ls1 were under-rated they put down 290-310 to the wheels stock. which is around 350 fly wheel hp. go to any f-body website if you want proof. alot of cars are under rated from the factory for different reasons.

lt1's dyno around 250rwhp and were rated at 275 fly wheel hp for the 93-95 models and 285 for the 96-97.

also autos in a v8 sint a diss advantage, esspecialy with a nice stall converter.

now for the race go kill that domestic ricer in his v6.
