hey kevin, any updates on the DHL problem?

 

We packed the lips differently this time and added extra cushions in between the spaces so we will try DHL again this time.

skinsfc3s, the DHL reimbursement for your claim has just came in earlier today. We will send out your replacement CF lip this Friday. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

For everyone else waiting on their claim, we are working with DHL as fast as we can to hopefully solve every single case. So please be patient with us and DHL. We will update you once your claim is processed. Thank you very much!

 

For those who have sent in deposit but have not paid in full, this is the last reminder. We have already sent several messages to each of you regarding the remaining payment. If you do not send in the payment or contact us by the end of next week (07-19-2008), then your lip will be sold to other buyers. The deposit will not be refunded.

 

Just to let you guys know that though the wait was long, the lip came in and surprisingly, DHL did not even damage the box. No rips, tears, etc.

Even my discounted lip, with the damage as originally stated, is a very nice looking piece. My son and I twisted it just like in the pictures to get a sense of its flexibility. Amazing.

Just recieved my second lip after the first one was damaged in shipping and the second lip is damaged even worse here are pics i have given up on this and would like a refund. i will be contacting kevin

skinsfc3s, OMG, I am tired of DHL now. Sorry to see the second one arrived broken as well. We will be filing for another claim.

13bchris, we are still working on the rest with DHL, our DHL sales guy has been slow on getting back to us.

We are now considering changing to Bax Global freight shipping if they could offer us a similar rate as DHL. We will work it out with them asap. Sorry for the inconvenience and DHL has failed us again so we will probably not ship anything fragile via DHL ever again.

 

DHL lost my $1300 package for 2 weeks.. and the box was crushed.. but luckily it was just suspension that didnt break..

 

Just got my email and I'll let you know what does (or doesn't) happen.
