is it modified to fit the pre-99 bumpers? hows the fitment on the actual 99spec bumpers?

The lip is not specially modified. We used a brand new never taken out of the plastic bag 99 spec OEM lip for our mold, so our lip is exactly the same as the OEM 99 lip. You can see the lip we used for mold in the two pics posted in the first post.
