Howdy! I'm an Rx-7 owner wanting to be a Rx-7 driver. I have a 1985 12A GSL that I just got running again. The car sat for 2 years because a mechanic told us that the carb was shot. A couple of months ago I put some automatic transmission fluid in the intake and cranked it up, the first thing I noticed was a small leak in the fuel line ( there's my carb problem). I bled the brakes and replaced the rear drums to find out that the shocks/struts are shot and also the exhaust has many leaks. Now I am on my way to restoring it to all of it's beauty and luster.
