I started the Porject like 3 years ago and its finally in the final stages of completion. These pictures are a few months old so it's a lot more complete. Still doen't roll but almost there. Needs Wheels. Stock 15's won't clear big Porsche 964 Calipers. As for the engine its a street ported and dowel pinned S4 Turbo II built by JPR Imports, Gt40-88 Turbo, Water-to-Air Intercooler, 550 Primaries, 1600 Secondaries and a Mircrotech LT8-s ECU.

I think it's a Montego Blue FD. That Picture was taken at the old location. Jim moved across town to a bigger spot.

because maybe the owner of the FD doest want to pay NJ expensive *** insurance..maybe the guy just moved up to NJ....maybe the guy only trust JPR and had his car shipped or drove there.....maybe its a dummy plate not to get a ticket....the possibility's are endless my friend

I'm seriously loving this!!

A VERY big request.

Please take some time and post the sources of the parts (besides the engine) that makes for a complete 13B install into the 911.

A question I'm sure many have in their mind. I assume there simply wasn't enough room for a 20B?

Again, VERY cool!!!

Most of the parts needed to mount the engine were designed and made by Jim at JPR. We used a 12A front cover to to make the instalation much easier, because it allowed us to use the front of the engine as the mounting location for the custom engine mount. Also we used a the oil pan from a GSL-SE. The adapter plate for the engine was made by Kennedy Engineering ($450), and is the same one used for the VW bug conversion. All other parts were sourced from various RX-7 and Porsche dealers. Fuel System came from KG Parts. Exhast manifold from Greddy. Turbo from Garrett. Clutch is a Sachs Power Clutch which was baught from Pelican Parts. Surprizingly it can hold like 500hp. ECU is a Microtech LT8-s which i got locally off some guy on Ebay. Other than that it's pretty much a custom job so all in all a very expensive project. As for the 20B it probably could fit in the back of a 911 but It will probably cost more money that it is worth. The Porsche 915 Transmission can hold alot of power but not more than 450hp in stock form. A custom race Trans will cost anywhere from 8000 to 25000 to build. You can easily make 450 with a 13B so a 20B doesn't make sense.
