ON Saying Hi from Canada eh!

Hello rx7club!

I'm John Gleason, from Ontario, Canada. I just made the transition from Toyota MR2's into an S5 FC I bought last week, so there's lots of stuff to learn!

The owner blew it up last summer and it sat until now. It's a super rust free, low KM car, clearly never winter driven. The rims are full of caliper dust from the track. The engine is out and apart right now, and I'm sourcing what I need, It took out a rotor housing and rear iron.

The current Mods are:

-MegaSquirt II - Spark and fuel
-Hybrid Turbo
-Some kind of 3" exhaust
-1600cc Secondaries
-Koyo Rad

Looking to build it with a larger turbo, meth, ect.

Here's some pics of bringing the car home with Terrh from here -

And just for kicks, my last car. V6 Swapped MR2

Every car guy should own a flatbed trailer.

Congratulations! Nice looking FC you've saved there, John! Thanks for taking the time to register and welcome aboard to RX-7 Club!

Welcome, from another yet Ontarioan!

Your FC's looks great! I too hope the rebuilt goes well. Just finished doing mine (got an 87 T2, all stock with 78k on it about a year ago) - only thing is that it sat in an underground for 14 years - had to replace or rebuild nearly everything but the body... =)
