Original owner had just passed away and has been servicing the car since. I am now the second owner of this car. Any help regarding maintenance or modding I would love the suggestions! Also any advice on keeping a healthy NA 13b would also help!

Congrats on the new purchase! Sounds like it's a well taken care of example. Best way to make a NA rotary last? Just keep up the maintenance and treat it right. There's a plethora of information around this forum, post some pics and enjoy your new ride!
