A Quick Hello

Hi all,

Just a quick hello, I am new to the RX-7 I have been looking at them since the new year and decided to buy one the other week. Car is a 92 FD3S and has had some medium tuning done, but I don't know to what extent it has been done as the previous owner did not get the work done and had no receipts for it but it has a Greddy turbo and intercooler, platinum tipped plugs and some after market intake and exhaust. Oh yeah it also has adjustable porsche suspension (although I am not sure if this is really porsche or not?) and that's about all I know about it, no just remembered it has a carbon fibre bonnet and head lights and a veilside body kit (not sure which one) the car is black. I also was given have a fairly old dyno (2006) showing 420bhp and approx 380lbs torq at the fly and all old MOT's (I'm in the UK) showing that the car has not done to many miles in the pas 3-4 years since it was rebuilt I am told by Hurley Engineering.

Interior of the car is a bit tatty and needs some work to bring it up to scratch and it also was sold as requiring a new clutch (this is going to be the first thing I am going to ask for help with on the forums as I have no idea what clutch it has i.e. push or pull or a twin or a single?).

Anyway that's enough of an introduction for now, can't wait to start doing bits to this car

Cheers,
Gav
