Thanks for the warm welcome guys, plans as of now is to just restore it with available OEM parts from Mazda. I want to keep it as original as possible with worthwhile upgrades such as suspension and exhaust. I think that's how far i'll go with aftermarket mods for now.
OEM Parts I've replaced IIRC:
Door cups for the inside door handle
door lock trim
rubber pedals
hood prop holder
windshield washer tank and cap
Rebuilt the powersteering pump, and oil metering pump from Atkins Rotary.
Accessories:
14" BR wheels with Yokohama ES100 tires
Racing Beat Strut tower brace
Full Racing beat exhaust (not installed)
Aluminum Louvers
Future plans:
stiffer sways, and springs
Do a trans/diff flush
wheel bearings, pads, and rotors
change the fuel filter
re-up driver's seat (has 2 tears)
try to find R-12 or convert to 134A
Clean the engine bay
