New & from the UK

Hello, new member from the UK.

I've owned a rx8 before but always loved 7s, recently a friend was selling this;

A little history... It was cheap to buy, it's a '93 twin turbo with a hks super dragger exhaust and some aftermarket wheels, that's about it for the sensible-ishness.

For the sillyness; it was imported in '99 and has had 1 MOT to date, which it failed, and the rest of its life it's lived in storage. Now I've bought it as a fixer as its in bits at the moment, gearbox lives in the front seat etc etc etc. But after a look round I think a new battery, fluids, belts, rad and oil cooler should be enough to get it running again. Then I'll be off to a local rotary specialists to get a compression test done, if all is well then off to the sprayshop for some new paint, and if all isn't well then a new engine and then off for a respray.

I must be mad as I bought it pretty much sight unseen, no means of moving it, nowhere to store it and no money to fix it

Wish me luck!

Just needs plumbing in, the oil cooler chucking in, a coil plug to go in and then all back together with new fluids and belts and fingers crossed!
