Oil cooler replica
Found this oil cooler online, no real specs besides dimensions Core size: 500mm x 100mm x 50mm. Has anybody tried using this cooler? Would be nice if it was actually decent.

Yes I've tried it and I sent it back. It seemed to be a nice construction, but the fitting thread they claim it to be was nowhere close. They argued with me and told me I was wrong, but still took the return.
If you have tons of fittings, time, and/or the ability to weld your own fittings, it's fine if you're willing to mess around with it. But the description is inaccurate.

I have seen them in real life. They are crap.
If on a major budget then they can be made to work. But the one I saw didn't have any mounting brackets, nor were the fittings machined properly so it took some effort to get them to seal up. Had to re-machine so they were flat. Plus no thermostat, so it now takes FOREVER for oil to come up to temp.
