Hi my name is Scott I just acquired a 1991 RX7 convertible from my boss. It has been sitting in his garage for the past 12 years without being ran. I'm about to start and restoration get the car running again what do you guys recommend doing before I start anyting you suggestions would be great thank you

 

Welcome!! Theres a lot to be done before you start the car. You'll need to ensure the fuel tank and clean and that all of the old gas is out, have the injectors cleaned and flow tested and install new o-rings and seals on them, fresh fluids and belts, new plugs and wires, new. battery, clean terminals and grounds, new air and fuel filters etc. That's just a quick basic rundown. You'll want to hit the 2nd gen tech section for a more thorough explanation as this is only and intro section.

Would love to see pictures of the car when you get a chance as well.
