Hello all, I have just gotten hold of 1988 RX7 GXL with the B13 Rotary. Car has been setting for quite a while but still quite a sound car. I will be building this car for ETRSCCA racing. I have went through brakes, Clutch System, cleaned tank and fuel system, tune up. Problem is at this time is the car will not start on its own without a blast of starter fluid. It idles great once started but once you push gas pedal giving it gas it begins surging. What is it i need to check to solve this problem.
