Hi im Johann from Peru this is my third RX7my first rx7 was when i stayed in the USA in 97 it was an 85 12a then in 2000 i got a 91 gsl with a holley 600cfm from racing beat. Now im in my country for like 8 years now and recently got my hands on a rare(for here) 82 rx7.

 

Very cool! Is the car still stock or has it been hot-rodded? Ya gotta post some pics and get some of that Peruvian landscape in the background! It's always good to get another 1stgen person joining RX-7 Club !

thanks Mario , well is all stock but the rims 15 inch OZ with 205 tires, Im a little trouble with the engine tough, my 12a died on me , and I got my hands on a just built 12aBP engine , the guy said he run it for like 30 minutes and not to many not say no one anymore work on the wankel here , so I bought it(couse im insane) .. got in the car only could start it by pushing it ( it still has the nikki carb) it was so out of timing, i make a compression test it show me 60 psi: but I read that BP engines can make that compression and that I need to brake the engine a couple o thousand milles I richen the mixture of the nikki and Im getting a 1800rpms of idle by pressing the accelerator other wise it just dies! I want a weber IDA , but still thinking of what to do with it probably to buy a 13b an import it here! think ill need 12a front cover the RB engine mount and the gsl oil cover,but thats another budged! ahah First ill try to make the 12aBP work.
