New to rotary motors, New to the forum, from Oregon
Hello rx7 club members, My names is Sergio i reside in the northwest Portland Oregon to be exact.
Recently i picked up my first rotary red 1987 rx7 and let me tell u the car looked like crap it had been sitting at my buddies driveway for about 7 to 8 years pretty much since i met that guy the door handles didnt work the interior was a mess he had the driver window down pretty much all those years and u know how it is here in the NW it never stops raining lol, the red paint was fading etc etc. u get the picture right!?
About 2 months ago he comes to my work i work at a auto parts store by the way well anyway he comes in and ask if i want to buy the car because he is moving and he cant take it with him well long story short i bought the car for $200.00 after a really good detailing and buffing the car looks great the motor is in great condition is not a turbo but its a rotary so im happy. i dont no much about rotary i dont no anyone that has or had a rotary so im looking forward on learning as much as possible, well enough said i should be posting some more stuff pretty soon so till then.

OH NICE!!! I pretty much have just the basics, nothing is power other then the sun roof its the N/A motor but soon to have a turbo i recently did some mods like i re-located the battery to the back, installed red sparco racing seats and harnesses i need the harness bar bad but haven't found it, i also lower it about 3" in the fron and 2 1/2 in the back, and im about to do a full exhaust system 3" piping since im going turbo, also i installed a water methanol injection that i planed on using as soon as i install the turbo, i also did a 75 shot of wet nitrous. Thats about it for right now, im loving my fc man hope your having fun with yours!
