New Member Arthur living in Japan
I came to Japan from Charlotte, NC in 2018 to one day get an RX-7 and I finally was able to get my hands on a 99 Type RS FD3S. I owned at 1988 N/A FC back during my college days but this is a big upgrade for me.
Hope to learn a lot and make new overseas friends.

Welcome to the club. That is a beautiful Series 8 FD, Innocent Blue Mica always looks stunning. Whoever owned it before you clearly put their heart and soul into upkeep. If you're stuck on something, let me know and I'll take a look in my Japanese manual collection as there are quite a few differences between Series 6 (92-95) compared to the later Series 7 (96-98) and Series 8 (99-02) models. One notable change is the ECU for Series 7 and 8, as Mazda went from the 8-bit N3A7 (manual trans) to the 16-bit N3F1 ECU. Took me a few hours, but I mapped out the differences and put together a wiring diagram chart.
