Thanks for the info, I eventually got the car jacked up so I could squeeze under and cleaned the underneath. I figured out the leak was towards the front of the front of the engine, started to worry that it might be a dowel pin leak (from what I have heard, you should be able to see this from looking above looking at the 12A stamp). Not so, looks like the pan is leaking, actually its difficult to tell now with the car jacked up, its not leaking. But I am pretty sure its the pan, lot of fresh oil around the seams. Now I have to figure out how to remove the pan!

@bmeyer - haha, yes, not many corners at all! I drive to the cost every month or so, over to Lake Nacimento just past Paso Robles. Before the RX7 I had a new GTi and it was a huge amount of fun on that road just after Paso, cannot wait to take the RX7 over there and see how she compares. Will be interesting how things have progressed, or regressed, over the past 21 years.

@Sgt Fox - btw, thanks for hosting all the FSM's! An excellent collection which has already been helping me out!!!!

@blahblah - Thanks, the ZX Turbo is a bit of an underdog, but until you drive one you soon realize its on par with a 240Z (fastest Z car until the Twin Turbo in 89). I sold it to a Datsun collector in the UAE, but that is a whole other story!

@moritsune - Pics will be up over the weekend.

Just busy buying all the bits its needs, mostly cosmetic!
