It will soon have the heart of a Mazda.. I'm currently hunting down either a 12A or 13B for the car... (would like a 20B but too costly and big )


I'm currently doing the body work though with plans to widen the body a bit (still unsure on this as most just flare the fenders) but have decided to go rotary as I've always wanted an RX-7 but can't get *another* project car.


I'd do a KA24 or SR swap but that would just make it another 4 cylinder convertible which there are plenty of... It isn't an that uncommon swap for this car though, but who cares I want some rotary power!

Naahhh, the body style doesn't get everybody in an uproar if it gets some rotor power. It's when you see a poor lil 1stgen RX-7 get stuck with a boat anchor SBC or SBF that gets everybody in an uproar!

Oh yeah, forgot the car name lol its known as a roadster mostly, though in japan it was called the Datsun Fairlady.


Most know me as Mako also.


Hoping to nab me a 12A or carb a 13B.

right now the biggest issue is locating the engine, so I'm hunting a 12A and transmission down.
