Hello, I am Izzy and I am fascinated with rotary engines. I am 16 years old and despite multiple people advising me not to get a RE for my first car, my passion for its uniqueness still thrives. My fascination with rotary engines began when I was browsing craigslist for a car. I came across a teal-blue RX-8 and was immediately attracted to its super low price. After further investigation, I realized it wasn't just any normal car with a piston engine, it had a rotary engine. The first few informative videos I watched regarding the RX-8 turned me off from the car almost as quick as it caught my interest. Everyone said its engine was unreliable and poorly built, but they also mentioned its close and more desired sister - the RX-7. Now I was hooked. I needed one. And now I am here, still with no RX-7; for months on end, I have been in search of a decent FC to begin my journey with. I desperately want a white FC, but sadly I cannot find one anywhere! Although I have had a few candidates that have met my criteria, but they have all either been too far out of reach or slipped through my fingers. For the future, I hope to (1) find my dream car and (2) make more connections in the rotary industry.
