Hi from Tassie, Australia

Hi all,

My name is Paul, but everyone knows me as krem.

im pretty sure i had an account a while ago but cant remember the login details so started another account.

i dont actually have an rx7, i used to, all 1st gens, i will have an fd one day when my kids are too cool to cruise with me, so in the meantime i have something waaay better, lol, a 1986 929i hardtop sedan,

so far its totally stock except for wheels and steering wheel, still has the awesome FE2.0i and 5sp, but I’m building a 13brew, efr 9180 iwg and haltech elite 2500 ecu, hoping for around 500-550rwhp, maybe more if i can afford it.

i have joined to get info on engine mods etc, and to ask questions and share my slow build.

krem

So, a little more about myself.

im 41, have a partner and 2 children, girls, they are in no way shape or from into cars, however they do like to occasionally help in the shed.

i own and operate my own small plastering (drywall) business, have 3 full time guys and a casual labourer, we specialise in quality residential work.

ive been into cars my whole life, actually started as a ford guy, owning my 1st TC Cortina when i was 14, then moving onto a few more cortina’s and then a truck load of escorts. Then i got a Opel Calibra when i was 19, thought i was the ducks guts, lol.

then a mate got sick of my “rotor” jokes and took me in his 12at rx3 coupe, hoooly crap, i was hooked, and have been a convert since, it was like nothing I’d even been in before!!

so after a heap of 1st gen rx7’s and rx2’s i had a little break when my kids were born but have been lurking around and planning my ultimate car, FD rx7, in the meantime, i have the 929 so the kids can come cruising with me!!

so i just need to get my post count up so that i can start my build thread.
