Well after hearing the miles of bad things about rotaries that float around the interwebs, I looked into them myself. I found that lots of what was said was untrue, and I went ahead and bought one!
I have been the owner of an 1987 FC Rx7 NA since January and I am having a great time fixing it up. It's currently my daily driver and I have a blast with it just about every day. I have just now been seriously looking into making some performance mods, so I'm excited. I'm also happy that the NA is still a quite capable car! I was worried that the lack of a turbo would be a big let down, but I have been proven wrong.

Congrats on the ride. I have a 88 vert na and currently it is my dd. Just changed the o2 sensor so it will hopefully get better mileage, new suspension, brake pads, fuel filter, all belts, hks cat back exhaust. Love the exhaust! Solid ride now but I need to get new plugs, wires, and k & n air filter. Then it will be cherry! Give yours a full tune up and you should be solid!
