Hi everybody!! Im new here! Even though I have had about 5 rx7s Ive never had any account here. So now being my first time im trying to figure this whole thing out, i guess it takes some time getting used to and learning how to work this whole forum thing out! But yeah it seems to be a great helpful community willing to spread lots of useful information! Im currently in the process of stepping up to another rotary build! Is not going to be me doing it, i just bought a turbo2 shell and the person who sold me that shell seems to be a well known rx7 mechanic/enthusiast at least where im from so he is the person rebuilding the turbo2 engine I just bought, it will be kind of my daily driver but i also did not want a stock engine or a street ported engine, I wanted that Brap Brap in my life so he recommended me to go with a half street port since it wont be too aggressive as a full bridge port would be, he said it could be daily driven without a problem with A/C and power steering. So thats what im basically up to right now! Hope everything goes well! I will be ready to pick up and install the engine in about a month from now. What do you guys thing about the half bridge port turbo engine to be daily driven? Anybody has that setup on their daily driven cars? Your opinions will be appreciated! Thanks! 👌🔥

welcome aboard. had to approve this post for it to register the post count, this is key to unlocking more of the forum. not sure why a post will go into moderation, i think it's due to the use of emojis in the post and the forum giving it the moderation and spam icons. there's lots of helpful information here so u shouldn't have any problem getting any issues u may have resolved. as for figuring out the forum, these links should help with that. now on the porting. i've heard of a half bridge but not half street port. and i don't think u will be getting any brap from it. there's a build section if u would like to show the build process, we all like seeing those. good luck with it.
