My brother's TII has the Racing Beat turbo back system with a catalytic converter replacing the presilencer.
My convertible has the RB turbo back system with a custom downpipe to accomodate my T-78.
My 91 coupe came with the RB cat back and the RP downpipe/Bonez hi-flow converter.
I think that the RB stuff sounds and performs very well.

My 91 vert has a Bonez HF cat with a RB catback.
Our Project 86 TII has a RB DP, presilencer and N1 catback. I am changing out that exhaust though to something custom with the installation of the new turbo.

RB
Everyone seems to like the racing beat stuff, well about half.
How is their cat back sound wise, I like a nice sound under WOT, but I don't want a constant drone, I'd like to be able to have a conversation while driving on the highway,
is the RB cat back what Im looking for?

i have a pacesetter header , 2.5" high flow cat , and a custom 2.5" press bent CB with magnaflow n-1 mufflers ... its damn loud when you get on it
is a 2.5" CB overkill ? i was thinkin about goin down to a 2" but then again its press bent and i figured the 2.5" makes up for the bends and it flows like a 2" mandrel pipe . but then again the bends are minimal so im not sure what to do . im prob gonna stick with what i have . i mean its not like my car had any low end to begin with . if anyone wants a inexpensive good quality muffler look into magnaflow ....mine look exactly like apex'i n-1's they are also stainless steel inside and out and cost me about 120 each from napa .
