Hi, guys!

As the title says i would like to ask you a few things about my 1st car buy and i definitely would like you to help me. So, i the last few days, month, i've been thinking a lot, ...when i gather the money for the car and for some other extras for it ;P, on importing from Japan an 1999-02 RX-7(last model) with the lowest specs. But i really would like to know, since i'm an European, and Europeans drive LSW, apart form the UK, if in Belgium or another EU country is alowed to drive a RSW car imported from another country. I somehow know that in Germany it is possible, why not the others, i wonder?!

Now for the other part. Call me a noob, stupid or whatever, about not knowing too much bout the RX-7 specs. I know it is a car with a rotative Wenkel engine, exclusivity of Mazda, OH YEAHH!! ^.^, that deposits 240 hpw, and with 2000cc, guess?! ;P
Geez..., feel kinda stupid know showing you my unvast knowledge about the car i love the most since the day i've born! xD Anyway the way i can most show my appreciation on this car is that i SURE LOVE IT A LOTTT FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY ROTATIVE MOTOR HEART haha <3, by my draws of it, and as my 1st choice when it comes to cars anywhere! I guess it's enough, but still not enough for me. Wanna learn everything about it like you guys ^.^

And ok, what i meant to ask you now is this:

- How much the car consumption if i drive him dayly job-home? And if it's to high is there any way of tuning it so it will consume less?

- If i import it from Japan, i know i will have to pay some taxes to register the car in Belgium. Can someone from here, here in the forums who has done the same thing as me in the past or that just own an efini here in Belgium answer me better this question? And yeah about the C02 emissions, i know that it will be there a tax for it(reason they quit the RX-7 production here in Europe such as other amazing Jap cars. Stupid policies, what you can do? -.- Gotta learn and live with it as a robot if you want to be here, uff...)

- And do you suggest putting an cover-all insurance on the car or other? And how much for the all one? I guess it would not be that much since the car is from 1999-02, i suppose?! And do you suggest to an alarm with tracking device guys? lol 'cos a beauty like this alone in the streets at night seems inviting for burglers to come and steal it ;P

Nah..., i suppose it's better for me to buy a sniper and mount some vigilance at night from the balcony, and who gets attempted of coming close, even just to check the interior of the car, BAM!! xD That's craZZYYy...!! haha
Guess you all RX-7 owners feel this when you leave you car alone outside. ;P

Anyway guys, don't mind on being slow on answering back to me on this thread, since i'm still gathering the money and it should take about 4-5 months to get it all. So do it with easeeee...! ;P

Waiting for great replyies though! C'mon you have lot's of time to do some research.
