Hello from Wyoming!
Just bought my 1st rx7 and it's pretty much my dream car, I am coming from more modern Audis but it's nice to not always need some sort of specialty tools.
I picked up a red 1991 rx7 convertible has about 80k miles on it and it was a automatic that I manual swapped really stoked about doing that! Learn a bunch about rx7s while trying to do the swap. I have an S5 version but the trans is an S4 that gave me problems when ordering the Auto to manual trans mount but my buddy cut it and welded it for me. The car sat for about a year before I got it. Did the manual swap and fried it up and it was rough, super smokey and a bunch of codes, cleared all the codes and now I think the fuel pump needs to be replaced but little by little getting this beauty going!
