Hello from a Skyline owner
Just wanted to say hello, I have been lurking for quite some time. I have been trying to find a nice FD for a designated drift car now that I have my BNR32 I am setting it up for road race so I figured since AWD isnt great for drifting a FD would fill that role nicely .

Meh... not really it would be just as easy for you to have it as me here in Ky, It isn't titled due to all the garbage going on with GTRs being seized lately, so I am not messing with state title, I purposely bought the 89 for the reason that I am just going to trailer it to the track until 2014 and the car will be legal then.

There have been multiple cases of state titled cars getting the dreaded deportation letters, I just don't see the point in taking a chance, If you honestly saw all the attention the car brings when driven on the street you wouldn't be able to enjoy it really because of the thought in the back of your mind of someone messing with it or messing it up when you leave it unattended. I still have my old beater truck to tow it and a evo viii for my daily. So no real use to drag it out. I'm not the right personality to be center of attention anyways, so the GTR sits back until it gets to the track, that is the only place I like to stand out.

Thank you, you really can't go wrong with any of the 90s japanese supercars, whether it be the GTR, Supra, RX7, or NSX all have amazing potential and are all good at their own different things congrats on the new 7

I know that I'm going to sound like a scrub asking this, but why are the GTRs being seized? A friend previously told me that the Skylines (previous to the R35) are illegal in America, but I don't have full faith in his knowledge.
I do love the Skylines though and I would love to own one someday. Perhaps whenever I'm able to get myself to Japan hah.

That is if you want a full 50 state legal car. However my car is brought in and used for offroad use only, still a hush hush thing but there are no records of my car except in canada. Others if you search hard enough can get state titled cars that usually have no repercussions. However I am not the one to ask about those manners . I hope my words could help you.

Hey miata, I know I have seen your car somewhere on another forum, I think it may have been zilvia or supra forums, I have no Idea where but I remember seeing your thread and a few people complemented on the car and others were so fixated on the house or building behind it.
I wanna say foremost your GTR is gorgeous, mine still has a bit of work to go. I have somewhere in the 25k-27K in parts on order or will be ordered coming in. I absolutely love your BBS rims on the silver though I think it looks great. I've always thought the Silver and Gunmetal were the best colors for the R32.

These cars are always work in progress. If you need wheels, let me know. I have random connects for GT-R stuff here and there, and have some GT-R stuff I am getting rid of.
RX7Boi: Just wait another 5 years, and R32s will be legal due to the 25 year rolling exemption. The 32s are the best Skyline GT-Rs to get anyway.

The R32 is so nimble its ridiculous, Can you PM me Miata because I had 3 sets the Gold rims are sold, and had a set of white enkei rp01s that kinda fell into my lap but got rid of in place for my work emotion cr kais but I would like to know what you can get because I may try to get a set of advans and Volk TE37s.

also a gtr owner and long time rx7 owner. r32s are the best!
on topic with this place fds are fun as **** to drift, only reason against it is its a little expensive for a car your going to beat on.
also +64834754386593863 to skylines being gay, i HATE attention so i really should have thought twice about it. its locked up good im not worried about theft or vandalism its just the constant barrage of stupid questions we get to deal with.

I literally will avoid if at all stopping at gas stations or somewhere for food if I go to the track with the car on trailer, I usually fill up before I get the car on trailer just because of the fan-boys that follow you around and hound you. You would seriously think the damn thing is a Bugatti or something.
