TX Hello from Houston Texas

Hey I'm new really wanting to get a 3rd gen rx7 seen some nice ones

Saw a auto one for sale in my area , what are the pros and cons of the auto or should I just get a stick lol

get a stick. be patient and get the one you want. there was an FD at a shell station getting work done i dont know if you wanna go look at it, it might be for sale. Its on the corner of seagler and westheimer by the beltway

It depends on what you are looking for.
The auto's don't handle as much power and are not for performance, they generally need more regular maintenance if they have had a careless history. but they are easy as **** to drive and you can concentrate on other things while you drive...

Stick is my preferred choice for sportscars but i would rather have a auto in good condition than a stick in bad condition. I prefer auto in larger cars like old wagons or luxury cars.

yeah if i were to get auto i would leave it auto lol, i have a stick shift nsx right now , figured i can get a auto to chill but you guys are right , just get a stick lol

that will be a nice little stable with both an nsx and rx7....just need a skyline and supra to have all the japanese supercars! i'm in houston as well, do you know if there are any rx7 specific car gatherings?
