I'm doing alright. The car I picked it up for $1800 a little while ago, it just has allot of electirical issues and some minor mechanical issues. It seems like the guy didn't care about properly wiring anything. And I guess the paint isn't the best in the world either lol. But I'm hoping I can clean it up, and make it work right. I'll be posting pics today of the car I think.

Here's some pictures of the Rx-7.

Like I said before some electircal problems, and there is a few tubes blocked off.... so I gotta figure it all out lol. It runs fine but, I want it to be setup how it supposed to be you know what I mean? And, vistra, I'm in Mesa, Arizona, USA.

Bro I think you should download and print a wire diagram because at the shop a customer brought in an Fb and it had ah few wire problems plus more and I was stuck just like you until I said **** it lets stop trying to find the problem without educating myself about the car and after that I had the car out of the shop by the end of the nite with damn near ah fresh wire harness done by myself. Trust me don't be afraid of the old school wire harness rumor just know its less wire then the new generation. lol

well

Well the wiring problems it has are mostly with lights, and left over wires from a stereo system that was in the car, and some other random wires he decided to attach on lol. He also has what looks like to be a capacitor on the car, which I don't know why that's on there other than maybe he didn't upgrade the alternator. Oh, and it looks like I'll have to replace the fan on the car since its constantly running, I bet the clutch fan thing locked permanently in the on position. Then the vacume lines he blocked off, I really, really don't know what they are, or what they go to. I have the RX-7 haynes manual but.... I can't find em. So I'll probably have to post pictures up of the vacume hoses that are blocked off and see what people think.

And vistra if you want you can add me on a messenger of your choice, and we can stay in contact if you want. I think it would be a good idea since we have similar cars. I just hope I can allot of this work done so the car can drive how it supposed to lol.

AllAroundJDM, I'm not really stuck as of yet, I just got the car a few days ago, and its over 100+F outside, I only work on it few hours here and there, since its so hot in Arizona. I do have the book , which has diagrams in it, I'm not the best person with electrical but... I'll have to learn it or pay up to someone that does lol, or get help on here for it. ^_^

I keep toying with the idea of buying a first gen. I had one way back when and wouldn't mind another one now.
