Hello Everyone first time Rotary owner!
Hi everyone,
Long time lurker but this is my first post. I am a first time rotary owner in January I purchased a 1993 Rx7 FD RHD Type R.
Since then its been in an out of the shop getting mods, looking forward to learning more about the car and hopefully contributing in a positive way to this community.
So far the mods are:
Fuel: ID Injectors (1050's and 1700's), ID fuel filter, walbro 450lph pump, Haltech Flex fuel sensor
ECU: Haltech 1500 + Digital haltech can 52mm gauge, haltech wideband and boost controller
Turbo: SXE s363; Turbo kit from turblown
Cooling: CX racing V-mount intercooler + Radiator + Blow off valve (Kept AC by using Rx8 condenser and lines)
Clutch: ACT race disk 6 pad sprung
Fly wheel: ACT streetlite
Exhaust: SS Resonated Midpipe
Electric: 160 Amp alternator, relocated battery to trunk
Engine: its being rebuilt but this is what it will be - Street port, 3mm I-rotary apex seals, new studs
I am working on the interior now because the engine is being rebuilt due to 30 year old apex seals failing.
At cars and Coffee
30 year old seals finally failed
