Well I finally got one!
I have been wanting a 3rd gen for a very long time. I have never really had the oppurtunity to pick one up until recently. I have purchased a 93 rx7 from a long time friend back home in louisiana! The car has been sitting for roughly 3 years. The car needs a little tlc but shouldnt take me long to bring it back to life. My buddy purchased the car with no compression and the previous owner told him it was the apex seals. Im still learning what i can about the cars so until i get it here to nebraska, i wont know the exact damage. My friend just bought it with the intensions of having it fixed and flipping the car for a profit. Its been sitting untouched in his garage ever since and i just happen to ask about it at the right time. Looking forward to picking the old heads brains and being an active member of the site. Thanks guys

Thanks for the comments guys. I do plan to do as much as I can on my own. Ive had several other project cars in the past and still own a couple of them. This is one that i plan to keep. Im learning all I can about the rotary but i have several locals that will be guiding me along the way. I do plan to leave the rebuild up to someone who is experienced since i have never touched a rotary. I have wanted a 3rd gen for a very long time so im going to take my time building a clean street car.
