Hello Everyone

Hello,
I am a new RX7 FC3S owner. I purchased the car for my son. He will me driving soon and we have both liked the RX7s. Without even looking under the hood,I purchased this car for $300 last summer. It did not run. The wiring harness had been melted in places and a lot of it seemed to be missing. After some tinkering, I got the engine to turn over. There were no spark or injector signals. Finally got the engine to fire up, and it ran for about 2 seconds before locking up. After weighing cost and options, I decided to gut the engine bay and start from scratch. Rebuild the engine and wiring harness. I am an industrial electro/mechanical tech by trade and decided to tackle this project. Started this project in March and now have a nicely running engine. I have come to this forum many times to seek advice and just read the many comments, for which

which I am very grateful. I hope I might add to the forum some experience that I have gained through this build.

Regards,

Welcome to the forum and great work sticking withbit and getting the car running again!!! You rarely see an 88 GXL in Brilliant Black! That's a good find. Do you know any of the car's history? I would love to see more pictures of the car!
