Hello, My name is Michael and I live in Maine. I am the second owner of a 79RX7 that was driven by the first owner, my former boss, from 79-88 and then parked in a barn with 48,000 miles on it until 2009. My boss had always treated me very well almost like a son and one day he called me and said, hey are you interested in that sports car in my barn? I said I always had been and he said that's all I wanted to hear I know you will take care of it so it's yours anytime you want to pick it up. WHAT! Yes I was thrilled.

I have had it since that day. I did have to have it painted because it was very faded and had to update tires, fluids, filters, belts and brakes but other than that it is completely original with no dings or rust and now has 56,000 miles.

Anyway, I am by no means a "wrench" but that does not take away from my love of the brand and I'm here to learn as much as I can from the people that really know. Hope to learn and meet some good people.
