CA Carlos from Norcal

Hey guys,

My name is Carlos and I live in San Jose, CA

I currently drive a green 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 and I am thinking about saving some money to buy an FC to have as a fun weekend car. My gencoupe is pretty lame and sucks the life out of me driving it everyday (bought it in automatic trim, boo). Looked into swapping in a manual transmission but it really wouldn't be worth the trouble. Me and my girlfriend lead and host events and gatherings for NorCal GenCoupe, her car is cooler than mine lol (she has a modded 2013 2.0t).

Every car I've had before has been a manual, first car was a 1996 BMW 318is, then a 2008 VW Rabbit, to a 2004 VW R32, then a 2004 350z, and finally my mind numbingly boring gencoupe. Hoping to break the vicious cycle of flowing through cars by picking up a fun project. I prerferably want an S5 FC, but will settle for whatever I have the money for later. Hope to learn a crapload of things before I am ready to go buy one and look forward to meeting some cool local guys and what not.

Thanks!

Carlos

Welcome to the forums! Hope you find the car you want, Rx7's are a lot of fun, you'll definitely be happy with an FC

Yeah true... Manual is just more fulfilling in a quick car. Haha FCs are really fun though. They are all over just keep an eye out.

Thanks, totally let a T2 swapped NA FC slip through my fingers for a ridiculously good price. Oh well, I'll find another when I'm ready.
