Wished my '91 had 900hp!!!
I'm getting a 'Mazda crate motor' too, unfortunatly it's of the MNAO rebuilt variety.
Really wrestling with the clutch issue...the new motor has a factory fresh flywheel, really hate to bolt the old clutch to it.
Thinking of an ACT kit...comments

The Mazda engine shop is about 20 miles from me.
Word has it that most are good, but sometimes they ship a bad one.
Just in case, keep your warranty papers.
If your clutch isn't almost new, put a fresh one in, even if is just a stock one.

vizsladog44 is your engine a 'rebuild' as well?, if so when was it built?, there is a tag attached to the front cover, just curious to compare dates. vizsladog44
