Canadian Gal From Down Under

Hey everyone,
I have always wanted to live in Australia and now I have my dream car to go with it-a 1987 RX7 convertible. It's so much fun to drive. I am looking forward to learning all I can about my car. I have never used a forum before so I hope you can be patient with
me as I find my way around. When I get too confused, I will just go for a ride with the top down.

Welcome, Donna!

We do have a number of Aussie members on here. Hopefully, you will be able to also find some local RX-7 fans to hang out with or go out on a group drive with. It is always fun to hang out with people who share the same interests and there is nothing like a line of 7s cruising down the road together.

We have a whole section for the Aussie/Kiwi guys and gals:

https://www.rx7club.com/australia-new-zealand-forum-43/

You may need to get a couple more posts before you can see or post in that section. However, when you do have enough posts, I would go in there and introduce yourself and maybe you can find some locals to hang out with or maybe they can tell you about local meets/events.

You will also probably run some Aussie folks when you are seaching/posting in the main 2nd gen section as well (you'll need a few more posts to do that too).

Anyway, I hope you enjoy it on here. We have a lot of good people. We should be able to answer whatever questions you may have.

Do the rotors spin in the opposite direction in the Southern Hemisphere?!?

Welcome. Like many, I would like to visit Oz some day.

One thing I will miss about having a T-top/convertible. Nothing like cruising on a beautiful day!

Sorry for the lack of response. I am still trying to figure out how to use this forum. For the Aussie who asked what pat of the country I'm from, I live at Warner's Bay NSW. I have a technical question, am I allowed to ask it here?
