Austin from Medford oregon 87 6port turbo

Long time fc builder, wanted to join the forum and pick some brains about my issue, 1987 6port n/a motor, 87 s4 turbo v mount intercooler, 87 turbo manifold and injectors, greddy compression tube blah blah blah, I can list parts al day it's s large street port I just finished building it and I dropped it in the car, anyway it's all fresh and has great compression, good spark I have tested everything with an ohm meter. Everything checks out good, but, it's getting way to much fuel, injector is not stuck open. The only issue I have ran into is a burnt resistor in my ecu I have another one on the way. I think is resistor number 971 but its to burnt to tell before I was hoping someone could tell me what this resistor controls? As far as I can tell this has to be the problem. I can not find anything els it could be everything is new I just built the car, and I'm not exactly new to building rotary motors.
It fires and pops loud then floods instantly **** running race fuel too btwiming is on I checked with my snap in timing light while cranking with a new 700cca battery. I de-flood the motor and try it again and same thing ill get one good fire and a flame out the exhause then it's done too flooded to start. On its running race gas and premix too.
