Hello! There's an affordable turbo II in my area that I'm thinking about buying and I'm trying to learn everything I can before I dive in head-first with all the diy-weekend-mechanic mayhem. Hoping to learn a lot and contribute some of my own experiences to this awesome forum.

i think the smog pump contributes to the 5th and 6th port activation. may wanna make sure he didnt delete it.

 

TII would only be a 4 port

 

So yeah, took me awhile but i found another '87 rx7 TII in better condition and purchased it on the spot! Just got the alternator tested today and it failed, so i bought a high-output 130a from ebay and we'll see how that goes. While it's down i'll be working on replacing power window switches and trying a remedy for the hot-start problem i've been having in our recent 100-degree weather streak.
