XM/Sirius Antenna

I was wondering if anyone has XM or Sirius radio for their FD. Where abouts did you place the antenna? Mine is currently on the corner of the dash on the passenger's side, but I experience a lot of cutouts. I can't do it behind the sunroof, because when the sunroof opens it blocks the antenna. Any ideas?

XM rocks!

I put mine inside the car. I velcroed it to the middle of the hatch cover. As long as you don't have metallic tinted windows (regular tint is OK), then this will be a good place. I only lose reception going through towns, but never on the open road. Check out my pics (link in sig)

Only really tall trees! But I live in Ohio, so we have mostly corn. You can't do too much about tall trees, no matter where you put the antenna. I was out in Cali last month, and we drove around in a minivan that had the XM antenna mounted in the middle of the roof, and we still lost reception when going through some areas. We didn't get any reception in the Yosemite valley, either. So, there's still nothing to beat a good CD collection, but overall, I really like having the XM.

I have subwoofers in the trunk and i just velcrod the antenna to the sub box. I also have tinted windows in the back and i get pretty good reception almost everywhere. I only lose reception going under bridges and sometimes through areas with a lot of trees. I originally had the antenna mounted outside the car and i still lost signal in the same places as i am now. So inside the trunk is a pretty good place just as long as the antenna is close to the window. If it is on the floor of the trunk it'll cut out.
