Who's wide rear fenders are these?
I was looking thru poweraxel's pictures and came across Dewain Thomas's race RX7. Who makes these rear fenders? Or are they custom made?

Those are Pettit's. check out the first page on their website and you can see a pic of them on their banzai, then in the gallery, they have more picture of them.

Well I know you can go 12" wide in the rear with a 315/35/18 (or 17) tire. I cant remember the offset off the top of my head though.
