Who Has Saab Gauge Mount? Pics?
I'm about 90% sure I'm gonna use the Saab gauge mount for water temp., fuel press., and EGT once I get all tuned up and put all my engine guts back in.
Who all has mounted the Saab piece and do you have any pics? I'd love to see how they came out.

Oh yeah, if anyone has pics of the housing (and gauges) mounted, I'd still love to see the setup.
Daniel, what made you decide not to do it?

Well Mazdatrix wired up the gauges for the first HKS mount, so when it came time to switch to the Saab panel, all I had to do was unhook all the wires, remove the old mount, then mount up the new panel, and reattach the wires. All in all it took about 2 hours, but nothing was difficult. The main thing that was time consuming was filing down the tabs so it would attach properly (I also did some minor filing on the plastic rim of the dash itself), as well as figuring out a good way to get the gauges to attach to the panel. Since the panel is just a plastic slab, there needs to be some kind of mount from the back of the panel. It happens my boost gauge has just such a mount that screws in from the back, and the H20 gauge did as well. The mount for the H20 gauge wouldn't fit properly in the dash (too wide), and the J&S had no provision for mounting. Both of these are now attached by friction using some electrical tape wrapped around the rim. This is a good setup because I can remove them by pulling, yet they stay in place otherwise.
