hey man, I'm not quite sure which light your talking about but here's the link to what I think you're talking about. The one with the fog light looking light is an HID light. Big $$$

You can't use those as replacement of 99 spec lights. They only work with the FEED type II R bumper. It's just a bracket with 3 lights on there. The cover is not part of the lights. The covers only come with the bumper. So pretty much if you don't have a FEED Type II R bumper, it's useless.

I just ordered the whole front bumper, lights ,and canards. The site is www.pac-gate.co.jp. Cheaper if you fabricate up a lense, fog light housing, add an inexpensive HID kit and a bracket. Also you'll need directional flashers, leds work great-be creative. I think if you order the lights they now offer them with a kelvin range around 12000. The light housing is already tinted blue.
