What kind of FD bumper is this?

Someone I knew gave me this bumper and 99 spec lip, but I was wondering what kind of bumper is it? Maybe a Rotary Extreme? Seems to be made of polyurethane.

I just checked Pettit's site and it looks like all their bumpers are made of fiberglass.

It's Rotary Extreme if the material is urethane. Takes a lot of labor to make it fit good.

It's looks like a rotary extream bumber.I used to have one untill I tried to fit it.I then sold it and spent a little extra and bought a JDM front clip and had it modified by a friends body shop and got rid of the gay front licence plate thing. Fits like factory and looks awsome.

Will the bumper cover fit on the car without anything else besides the corner lights? or is there more you need? Im thinking about doing this..I already have the 99 Lip and want to get the cover as well..

Do you remember how much you paid for it? I'd like an idea of the original price before I decide on how much I should ask. Thanks!
