What kind of FC Fender-overs are these?

this picture was from japan, i got it off from a japanese magazine and was wondering if anyone know anything about them?

They just look like some old Z flares to me. You can modify them to fit pretty much any car.

Look kinda goofy to me. Like they are not made for the car. Panspeed has some nicer looking ones in my opinion. Cork Sport has replica versions of them.

I thought about getting them myself... But I'd rather do a full fiberglass fender in the front to drop the weight.

stock fenders weight like 9 lbs, how much lighter you want them to be, lol

As light as they can be...?

Then throw all the Bondo on (if you choose to mold) and you are up to 12lbs or so a piece.

The Cork Sport wide-body fenders are only 5lbs each. It all adds up dangit!!!!
