does the C-West require that you cut part of the car like the Rotary Extreme ones?

I believe its a direct replacement-take your old housing off and put in the kit.

A little off topic, but is the C-West car a show car or a race car?

I think I like the C-West.

anyone have a side profile of the C-West with the hood down? I'm worried about how much it bulges out from the body.

Also, what's your opinion on the Rotary Extreme versus the C-West? Both looks and quality of lighting.

Thanks again guys

The Rotary Extreme kit was made to actually improve lighting on the FD. If actual lighting is the goal (not just looks), then the Rotary Extreme kit should be your choice (as far as sleek light kits). It does require cutting like the RE Amemiya kit though...

Rotary Extreme has better lights but looks homemade, possibly due to bad installs though. Cwest looks quality but lighting isn't as good as Rotary Extreme.

You eithre love it or hate it

Hmmm...How big of an improvment are the C-West and Rot Ext from the stockers?

I heard Stock Over Cwest is marginal.. Stock Over RE Amemiya is good, and Stock Over RE HID is Significant...

I'm not ready to blow tons of money for HIDs just yet. I just don't lik ethe fact that you have to cut for the REs and Rot Ext. On the other hand, I don't like how the C-west bulges out and may not be as bright. What a delima.

I thought that the re kit was just a straight drop in and I dont know that paying an extra 800-1000 dollars for hid is worth it at all.
